JAVIER GUTIÉRREZ (SABERIUS) HAS RELEASED IN PALACIO DE LA PRENSA (PRESS PALACE) (MADRID) "WITH ONLY ONE DAY OF SCHOOL", THE EXPECTED DOCUMENTARY ABOUT KIKE FERNÁNDEZ LIFE AND REAL STORY

On November 6th was projected in Palacio de la Prensa (Press Palace) in Madrid, "WITH ONLY ONE DAY OF SCHOOL," the documentary film director Javier Gutiérrez (SABERIUS), author of this blog, made for dissemination at festivals, institutional facilities, thematic channels, media communication channels as Canal Arte and centers for cerebral palsy affected people. Based on his "debut" in the feature film, "AROUND THE TRUTH ABOUT KIKE" (originally entitled "TRAS LA VERDAD SOBRE KIKE"), devoted to the life, work and real story of Kike Fernández, professor and trainer for actors and actresses, role playing and body expression master, director and coach of actors and founder of two theater schools, international chess champion and an institution in the cultural life of Leon and beyond their city even though in the last years of his life he was ostracized, fell and sunk into oblivion and they attempted to extinguish the trail of its artistic works and teaching... The film is a subsequent documentary to "THE TREMBLE OF A GENIUS" series whose episodes proposed a journey through the management team directing the School of Performing Arts in Leon, which was interviewed to tell about their experiences with Kike, great exponent of our culture despite the problems caused by his ostensible cerebral palsy. The reel is enlightening the discussion on his figure, not without some "misunderstandings" (since there is evidence pointing to his dismissal from the school and the appointment of a new management team which at that time was to silence their own annoying reproaches and mitigate their consciences professing a new posthumously homage), that Saberius' film titled "AROUND THE TRUTH ABOUT KIKE" would thoroughly try to explain. The documentary, also called "JUST A SINGLE SCHOOL DAY", account in the DIRECTION with Javier Gutiérrez and for co-direction has also taken part Rosa Crespo (APPS), and the same for CO-SCRIPT and SPANISH LOCUTION. The PORTUGUESE LOCUTION has had the voice of the dubbing actress Olympia Mairos. EDITION was by Paulo Monteiro (UTAD) and ORIGINAL MUSIC has been composed by renowned Consuelo Díez, niece of Henry himself, "Kike" Fernández, star of the documentary. "JUST A SINGLE SCHOOL DAY" was made in collaboration with the Department of Promotion and Health Protection (APPS) under the supervision of the Public Health Unit of Vila Real coordinated by Rosa Crespo, supported by the University of Trás -os-Montes e Alto Douro (UTAD). Funded with a found of Regional Education North (DREN), with an agreement to broadcast centers rehabilitation of patients suffering from cerebral palsy and the collaboration of the University of Vila Real, in the documentary spirit is synthesized the essence, the main stories and the most important events in the life of Kike Fernandez told fully in the film by Javier Gutiérrez (SABERIUS) "AROUND THE TRUTH ABOUT KIKE" which, in turn, was conceived after the premiere of the documentary series mentioned, by which the management and faculty of the School of Performing Arts team from León (Spain) was attracted to narrate their experiences with the figure of the honored theater director and playwright whose works were represented not only in León, but also in Barcelona and Madrid, and translated into several languages.
